How do I add credits to my account?

From your Billing tab, enter a custom amount or choose one of the preset amounts (€20, €50, €100, or €500) and complete your payment through Stripe. Your balance updates instantly after a successful payment.

What currency is used for billing?

Credits are denominated in euros. You can pay in your local currency through Stripe, which handles the conversion automatically.

Do I get any free compute time as a new user?

No, new users don’t get free compute hours.

How does billing work for compute time?

Billing is pre-paid and per second. Your credits are deducted in real time while your instance is running. When you stop your instance, billing stops.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If your balance can’t cover at least 5 more minutes of runtime, your instance will be stopped automatically. This helps avoid partially completed jobs and unexpected charges.

What’s the minimum balance I need to start an instance?

You’ll need at least one hour’s worth of credits (in euros) based on the instance you choose.

What’s the “current spend rate” I see on the Billing page?

This shows how much you’re spending per hour at that moment, based on your running instances.

Can I set up auto top-up?

Yes. Once you’ve added credits at least once, you can turn on auto top-up so your balance is topped up automatically when it gets low. You choose the top-up amount.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You only pay for compute time. There are no separate charges for network traffic or storage with your instance.

How do I see my payment history?

You can view your transaction history and billing details in Stripe. Links are available in the Billing tab. Some expanded in-app history features are coming soon.

How does network/storage billing work?

Storage and network volume are included in the standard price. There’s no extra billing beyond the allocated space for storage, and no separate cost for network volume.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

No. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Credits expire one year after purchase if they’re not used.

How quickly do credits show after payment?

Immediately. Once Stripe confirms the payment, your balance updates in real time.
